Some suggestions:

1. remove the tabs (add JsOnly class) they have no function (or create an anchor before the notice because the link to the notice http://localhost/xenforo/community/#n3 redirects me NOT to the notice)

2. what about giving the container 100% width?

It looks IMO really strange with this width (there's too much space to the right side)
