XF 1.5 Notices when creating posts

I would like a floating notice to appear only when someone clicks to create a new thread in a particular forum. Is that possible? Thanks

Sure, just got to 'Page Criteria', scroll down to 'Content Template is:' and set thread_create
And don't forget to select the nodes where the notice should appear
