Not receiving bot accounts registration in my forums

Hello,

I own https://forums.gulfcity.gg and I run Xenforo host on it, at first I was receiving bots registrations which was a beneficial feature from buying Xenforo monthly plan but after I made a little update connecting external website to my main one it, the bots stopped registering to increase my registered users in forums.

My external website design is: www.gulfcity.gg which leads you to forums by choosing the right options.

Can you help me on how to return the bots registering?

Note: I made a forum ticket at “Xenforo help”: (Deleted the link)

and they referred me to forums assistance, hopefully I’m in the proper board for this thread topic.

you can't control bots' actions. If they hit your site, they hit your site. Maybe they are done for now.

unless you installed some firewall type blocking (eg, cloudflare).
