Duplicate No vertical scroll bar for multi-line select boxes in ACP (Chrome/Edge)

In the various ACP spots where a multi-line select box is being used there is no vertical scroll bar being displayed. Environment is Chrome 70 on Win10. On the same box Edge also has no vertical scroll bars but FF 63 and IE 11 both display them.

Attached are screen shots showing, for example, selecting which forum nodes a prefix can be used with in XF 2.0.x vs XF 2.1.0 B2. Seems to be universal where a multi-line select box is being used so this is just a random example.

I saw that one but wasn't sure if it that one was just the external facing pages or if that problems was also affecting the non-public facing ACP screens as well.
