XF 2.3 No filesystem mounted with prefix local-data

Any idea what this error means in my error log and how to fix it? It didn't happen until I upgraded to XF 2.3 and started the "Rebuild icon usage" ACP function under "rebuild caches".

Are you using the Cloudflare add-on? If so, have you upgraded to the latest version?

I thought I had the latest version but apparently I didn't get the notification email that there was a newer version.

Thanks for pointing out the obvious that I somehow missed!
