Lack of interest New soft deletion reason should override old reason

If a post is soft deleted and a reason provided, then soft deleted again with a different reason, the new reason should be saved.

This is logical and I expected this. Because many times you don't want to bring it back into view by having to undelete/delete again. Just delete and add new reason, and it saves.
