This seems like a handy add-on, but it is limited as it applies only on global level on the whole forum.

Few suggestions:
- Have the maximum number of new content on the user group permissions page, or perhaps, Yes/No/Never add-on global settings to be applied on Usergroup permissions.

- Provide the control in the Thread Options menu, so that we may restrict to XX of new posts (as set in usergroup level) even inside particular threads.
