Need help running using SSL and automatic backup of db (paid)

Hi - looking to see if I could hire someone for two items on our board;
1 - We have SSL connections via Cloudflare edge support...but unclear how to make Xenforo use it. Thus right now the boards are flagged as "not secure".

2 - Need a basic cron job setup to backup the db itself once a week or so. Our server backups the entire drive every week (with 3 weeks rolling storage) but as we found last time we needed it, the disc snapshot means piecing the db back together. Thus having a cron job saving out a gzipped db is far easier to use to restore from.
