The biggest blank spot in both VB and IPB is their lack of a native wiki product.

I want a wiki product with multiple namespaces and autolinking of terms from the the forums to the wiki entry. I also want to be able to see a list of terms in the wiki displayed like the memberlist on vb. (characters listed in a row across the top)

You provide that and an import from vbulletin and I'll move in a heartbeat.

I also would like to see this build in. I am actually using 4 addons to mimic this, but obviously it would be better if this would be supported in the core.

I use Bob's Showcase addon as Wikipedia page.
Then I use Siropu's Keyword addon to link from everywhere to those wiki pages I created on Showcase.
Then I use a private custom addon, which uses https://datatables.net/

The 4th one was in plan but I never got to use it as the developer disappeared. It was a TOC addon to use on Showcase for the missing table of contents. So technically only 3 addons.

I'm trying to visualize how your setup works but i'm not getting too far
