How do I change the text for Resources and Members on the mobile navigation bar?

There is no separate navigation bar for desktop and mobile, the same templates and phrases are used in all cases.

The phrases do not seem to alter capitals. What phrases must I edit? The admin resources one does not change it to all caps like I want.

I edit phrases, but I can't seem to find the key for Members or Resources in the navbar. I edited the only key I could find for Resources to all caps, but it didn't reflect to the navbar on the side. The theme I got by default, has capitals for the navbar until it is small (mobile).

You would be better off asking the style author for support if that's the case.

I suspect it is using CSS transform somewhere.
