[MMO] Resource Update Permission - Adds an additional access right to update the resources of any user

Adds a new right that allows you to update user resources without changing the author. It will be useful in those forums where moderators, for one reason or another, need to update resources posted by users.
For work, an installed XenForo Resource Manager is required.
