RM 2.2 Missing Resource Manager add-on causing issues after cloud import

So I recently took my XF forum off the cloud and put it on a self-hosted instance. The cloud version came with all the XF add-ons, but I never used the Resource Manager so I didn't buy it when I transferred off the cloud.

Now the lack of the resource manager is causing errors to pop up. For example, when I manually rebuild cron entries:

How do I get my XF copy to understand that the RM isn't there anymore?

Did you follow all of the steps in the README.txt file?

It explains how to uninstall the add-ons no longer required.
