For some reason, this mod has now stopped working at all. Even if I disable all other mods and just leave this as the only one enabled, it doesn't show.

Any ideas? I assume it's a conflict with another mod.

Alternatively, could we have stuffed our templates somehow so that it doesn't show?

I recently installed on XF 1.5.14. It works perfectly in the XF default style and Styllium Framework, but does not display at all in the child style (******* Germanium) that's used by the public. I'm stumped why it's behaving this way. Any ideas?

You would have to ask the style developer, they are BANNED from here and no one provides support or compatibility for their addons/styles.
