Very nice a great topic for a forum and there should be lots more of them to help people. But not just to help people but, to also bring awareness to people who don’t have these struggles. It’s websites like this that could potentially make people aware of mental health and potentially provide good impact on the issue. Lots of people are aware of mental health but there are so many mental health problems to even be knowledgable on so people will just say they’ve heard of it but don’t know what it is. Hopefully the visitors you get will not just be those struggling but also people wanting want to find out a bit more about mental health to help them better dealing with someone struggling whether it’s a random stranger friend or loved one. Great job

I tried something a little different this time, (keeping the default colours for the theme). The right hand navigation manager is actually this.
