Lack of interest Make "location" an additional user criteria and searchable in admin area

The search for users feature could be made more useful by allowing location criteria.
Location seems to be a native field in xenforo and can even be marked as a required field.
No provision exists for search for all users in "dublin" or wherever.

I tried to do this so that I can encourage users to enter their location and was surprised I can't.
