Looking for an expert to solve my DFP ad problem

Our site has a responsive design with DFP both mobile and desktop tags. Issue is they are loading simultaneously on both kinds of devices, causing the site to pull twice as many impressions as it should.

Can anybody fix this.

Meaning if the person browsing the site is using a mobile phone it should only load the mobile tag so as desktop.

I am ready to pay.
