XF 2.2 Is there there a way to have conversation rights enabled after so many posts?

Trying to eliminate scammers from private messaging. Would like to allow Pms after so many regular posts.

For the purposes of this example, all members will have their first five posts pre-moderated.

Follow those steps but base it on the start conversation permission.

New users are automatically part of the Registered group. In order for me to have a conversation promotion, I need to have another group that new members would be a member of and then get promoted to Registered which all ready has the rights.

Or do I have the registered group not have conversation rights and then create another role/group that just inherits from Registered and activates conversation rights?
