XF 2.1 Is it possible to leave "Post replies" set to YES, but turn the "Quote" feature OFF in a forum/node?

I know this won't stop people from copying and pasting other people's words and replying to them, I'm just wondering if there is a stock way to deactivate quotes in a forum node. This is a moderated forum at any rate.
