Lots people use irc and was looking to see if there irc addon that using the forum username and join irc server

Not sure if it still works.

It's possible that you could embed a web IRC client into a XenForo page depending on where your IRC channel is.

If you aren't specifically after IRC and just want chat for your site, there's various add-ons in the Resources section.
