Is there an addon which would force/ encourage new members to write an introduction post!

Introduction as a post in an already existing thread, or as a new introductory thread?

The latter yielded the following result from a search in the Resources manager.

Force your new members to introduce themselves before being able to interact on the forum.

The search didn't yield any results for the former though.
