Subdreamer? NEW??? No sir. Subdreamer has to be at lest 10 years old by now. It's very good but I personally found it very very limiting as a CMS. It doesn't have a very good add on community and it's like the dark horse of the CMS world. It's just not very actively developed...but it is maintained. They but a lot of emphasis on integration so usually it's a pretty deep integration.
