XF 2.1 Insert full size image by default

is there an option to, by default, insert all images as full size instead of thumbnail?

Following I would prefer that also (full size images by default for all).
I have two XF forums. On one I can choose thumb or full size when posting and image. On my newest forum I do not get that option. Where would I find a setting to allow posting full size images? TIA

I have the opposite problem. I want every image to have smaller dimensions before deciding to open it.
