XF 2.2 Importing from IPS Cloud

Hello,

I have received two files from IPS support:

a .sql of the entire database and a copy of our amazon s3 storage, how do I use the amazon s3 storage files to make them work with the importer

this is the structure:

seems adding these files to a directory called "uploads" worked
