XF 1.4 i pressed fresh install on by update

and now everything is gone.. i have an old back up but everything is still gone. how can i get this back?

I Still see my add ons in my directory
but they arent on dash

If you did it as a fresh install, all the content is gone. You will need to import the backup of the DB into your current DB. You will have lost any posts and users that have joined/been made since your backup date.

i ran my domain.com/install/ but i get a fresh version with none of my data

As stated, if you have performed a new installation over your old one, you will need to restore from a backup to recover the content.

yes, this is after I restored my data. I get a blank page and I then did domain.com/install/ and I got a fresh xenforo again.

Did you import your backup via phpMyAdmin? That is what contains your data... not the directory that was there.

yes i did a full mysql backup
