XF 1.3 i have a big bug with Xenforo i need help fixing it

Are you using cPanel? It is shared host or VPS/Dedicated?

Is there any error message in admincp? Have you check your web server (ex: apache, nginx) error log? Have you check PHP error log?

When you say it's "Your own Hosting" I assume you mean a VPS? If so, have you checked the logs via SSH log in?
