XF 2.1 HTML text just under one or two specific Threads/Topics

is it possible to display a banner / HTML text just in a single thread / topic and only under the first post?

What‘s the right conditional statement for this?

Threads | XenForo

Threads will be where your primary forum content is posted. Each thread will be created within a particular forum, though they can be moved by moderators if needed.

Custom Fields might get to where you want to be without any template edits

Make it admin editable,
Display After first post

And looks like you can wrap it in html.
