Is there a way to find threads that contains attached images inserted full size?

Search for type="full"

Limited by number of search results, but you could also search the database

You're welcome And don't forget you can see attachments and their host page in the ACP > Content > Attachments. But not filter the full size ones of course, but you can filter by size which is useful. (All attachments though, not just images)
