XF 2.1 How to create a forum 'wikipedia' for new users to get the info they need?

Hi all!

Just getting into forum creation, an we've created one in the cat owner space

We want to create a getting started page, similar to that like Investopen (see: https://www.investopen.com/forum/whatisinvesting/ ), where there is a dropdown list of topics.

Is this possible in xenforo? Would be great to get some advice
