Add-on How to allow members to buy and sell digital assets, while Site Owner makes a commission?

Resource Manager does list users' assets, which is good - however I am looking for a way, so site members can buy and sell (so pay and accept money) their digital assets, while the site owner can make a commission.
Any other thoughts? May be custom development?

Hi itworx4me, this allows site owners to sell their own products, which is of course a good feature. However I am looking for a solution that enables my forum members to sell and buy their own digital assets.
Any other thoughts are welcome.

Not sure if it allows commissions though.
It seems pretty good an add-on actually, however for my purpose the users will need to pay through the site and the site owner will give payment to the sellers.
Custom development remains an option. Any other thoughts are still welcome!
