XF 1.5 Hiding links from unregistered users

I found this addon but it is quite old and wanted to make sure there's no better option as of today.

Could that also be done with links instead of spoilers?

You may be able to hide links using the LoggedOut class but they would still be available when inspecting the page source.

It would require an add-on to do it properly.

Try adding this to EXTRA.css:

{
    display: none;
}
