This is probably more a Google issue than a Xenforo issue. I do know that Google may often disregard whatever you have suggested as your preferred snippet and will use its own. I also know that recent changes to Google Image Search may have had the effect of including more images and image names.

Notice the image file name at the start of the snippet. The forum owner wants to know if there's a way to suppress that image filename.
