Only way to do that is to block Google, and not use their services.

They really are no worse than any other company that gathers data about what you do.

The other day I was searching for a domain and later I got an ad saying "Don't let _____DOMAIN I SEARCHED____.com" slip away! Register now! I did not search for the domain on google either.
