XF 2.1 Giving admin the ability to add/update/remove table data?

As part of my addon, I've a new table created called as categories and it currently has 8 rows. Is it possible to let the site admin modify/alter this table data via the ACP? Like adding more categories or removing existing ones.

The only place I can think of doing this is via the addon options page (if at all it's possible) but I'm not able to picture in what manner/format would I show it to the user.

You can create your own admin pages and do whatever you want in that page. First, create an admin controller and specify it as a controller in your admin route.
