Use Case
A 12 year old teenager requests such a restriction for his account under 1) b.
According to 2) the data of that account must not be procesed any longer except for storage and a few other exception which would not apply here.
How does XenForo handle that?
We could set the account status to Disabled, but it would for example still show up (with the email) when clicking List all users, the members profile (which might include even more PII like location, website, etc.) si still publically accessible, etc.
