XF 1.3 Forum Sub Menu

I've made a new widget page but I would like to link to this page from with the forum secondary menu items. How can I do this? I have the excellent Nodes as tabs installed but I don't want this page to be a primary tab. Thanks.

Edit the navigation template and add the relevant code.

Copy an existing sub nav link and just change the URL and title.
