[Foro.agency] Count everyone in forum statistics (widget sidebar) - Include banned members in forum statistics

By default, XenForo only counts confirmed user to the member count.

[Foro.agency] Count everyone in forum statistics, is an addon that counts every single members in the forum user count : banned or inactive users will be added to the total.

The result is cached, so it's not nefast to your server load.

It does not count people who are awaiting confirmation or showing as "Latest member". Can you please confirm and fix.
