I'd maybe add padding to the top & bottom of the node-body, maybe increase it to 8px for both.

I'd also use "Threads" and "Replies" instead of T & R and add some margins between the label and the number.

Or you could use fontawesome icons (with title="Threads" data-xf-init="tooltip"), which would come out something like this

I think it looks much better than before though and has a better UI now.
