I am on a shared Linux based server with confixx as control surface but could not find an option to "add expired headers" as suggested.

any hints how this can be done?

Thanx Nick, maybe time of day? I did the test very early in the morning.
apparently the test was done from London, GB. But what do I know what these speed test sites really do

The test I published comes from the tool made available by Google for webmasters. It analyses a multitude of parameters that are displayed under the scores. In your case there are some tiny possible improvements, but in your place I would focus it on other subjects given your excellent score. You can retake the test monthly to make sure everything is fine.

Shared servers sometimes have little "less good" don't worry too much.
