European Accessibility Act Compliance

We are using the xenForo engine for one of our products and we are wondering if you can shed some light on the potential compliance of the software according to the EAA taking effect in June this year.

I can't comment on how compliant or not XF is I'm afraid, sorry, but for all those of us (small forum owners) keeping afloat from the fun and games of the UK OSA and not wanting to be pushed back under - my (not a lawyer) understanding at least was the EAA didn't apply to companies with fewer than ten employees and an turnover of less than two million euros or if compliance meant an undue significant change in the nature of the product. That may of course have changed I suppose.
