Error 1006 IP banned for myforum.com/admin.php

I'm using Cloudflare, the following error appears when I'm trying to access myforum.com/admin.php



no problem for myforum.com

It might be something I've done to protect the admin.php but I forgot what... since that's months ago and I just got this problem today.
