I guess that depends on what you mean by "like this". If you mean a gaming community that has different sections to start threads and make posts in, then yes, that is what XenForo is about.

If you mean certain features then you will need to be more specific.

Do note that XenForo is only the forum software, you would have to sort out hosting and a domain name from suitable providers.

I suppose you could technically reskin and recode Xenforo to look like Discourse, but why should you do that?

You can get Xenforo to be skinned/themed like that, but if you're interested in the discourse style and overall feel of the discourse software, why not just use Discourse over Xenforo?
