If you want to base the worst company in America on the metrics you have above, you might as well put Google, Apple and Microsoft on that list.  They do the same damn thing EA does, buy smaller companies, pull their brand into theirs and fire people off when they are done with the intellectual property.  Sadly it's a part of business in the software world.
