I believe the star ratings have been disabled here due to abuse, ie: haters voting 1 on resources etc. Unfortunately there will always be those who are too immature for such systems. I understand the lads are introducing a review style system, whereby one has to actually say what they think of the resource rather than just anonymously rating.

Question. You say its $35 for modifications,is that just code ? Are we allowed to modify colours in the colour pallete?
