Vbulletin is charging for a license extension and mine expired back in September, but it looks like I get a discount.
I noticed on VB, you can't even buy the 3.8 version anymore. Sounds like a real collector's item now!
Since VB4 it is like that.
I believe the last time something like this came up, there was an official decision:
