Disable Staff from sending user emails

Hello,

Sorry if this is the wrong place to chuck this,

I'm running a forum for a company and a member of staff who requires admin keeps sending out User Emails from the communications area is there a set permissions node to disable his access to this as I've been told to make it so only myself and the directors should have access to send communications emails.

I've worked this out.

had to go to /admin.php?admin-permissions/ and setup up a new permission node and then /admin.php?admin-navigation/communication/edit and make that perm required.
