XF 1.1 Disable Help section?

Is it possible to completely disable/remove the /help section?

I know I can remove the link from the navbar, but I'd like it to be inaccessible.

Without removing anything, a simple solution would be doing a htaccess redirect for all urls beginning with site.com/help to any particular page or your site's home.
