XF 2.3 Date and Time

I've sent my board to EST but its still all jacked up on time. Says I had people reg today at 4:35PM and its 1:24 PM ATM. Is it Guests' time zone that sets the board Time and Date up?

Make sure the time on the server is set correctly.

WHY IN THE WORLD, would you code it like this? Why would you base the time of a forums on the hosted server time vs what time I tell you to set it too? I'm sorry that's just dumb.. I need a work around for this. As we're east coast and our server is not..

Set your guest time in basic options.
