When we request the reset password, the email never arrives.

Is there any way to know my token (for downloading addons) without logging into customer area?

I assume you mean the validation token.

If you don't know what it is, yes you will need to log in to obtain it.

I have no access for it. In the "help area" my other password IS needed. I dont have Access for my ticket
