Would anyone know where inside a template options I would find the option to edit the
Some custom text can go here. Lorem ipsum, dolor sit amet, consectectur adalipscing elit. Donec ultricies posuere purus dapibus convallis. Aliquam cursus pellentesque lorem.This space is 250 x 96.

This sits near the top of the skin but i haven't found a way to edit this in the options

What skin is it?

Try to figure out if this is a custom phrase by phrase searching it. If it is, you can edit it. If it's hardcoded, template search it and edit it directly in the template.

Go to the style properties. You'll find the option for that certain style with something like, "[Stylename] -> options
