That crown entry looks like it's from an add-on. You should ask in the discussion thread for that add-on if there are problems with it.
Are the other crons running (eg User Group Promotions, Update User Trophies)?

I disabled my add ons and I think it is running again, will post in the discussion thread if I see further issues
